Yoga, meditation, voice, and health & wellness workshops offer a deeper look into holistic subject matter to enhance life. Whether you are interested in learning about yoga alignment, philosophy, the labyrinth, healthy eating, singing, art, or a variety of other life enhancing explorations, our workshops provide a deeper experience than what can be gained from a one hour class, inviting people to prob expansive subjects and enjoy Heartwood's inspirational grounds and facility.
