Intro to Meditation

With this course you will learn a variety of different approaches to personal centering and clearing the mind to promote personal harmony, self-actualization, stress release and heightened awareness. Each meeting will focus on a different meditation technique, allowing you to embrace various practices and find what works best for you for developing tools and training for a sustainable meditation practice. Heartwood provides the perfect setting as we enjoy the meditation garden, indoor studio space, labyrinth and the beautiful natural areas of Heartwood as supportive settings for exploring different modalities and styles of meditation .

  • Walking Meditation (Labyrinth)
